This seminar/series focuses on the ancient religions of the Eastern Mediterranean Area;

   Ancient Egypt, Ancient Canaan and Israel; and Early Judaism and Christianity- and their interrelationships.

   We will analyze the religious traditions and examine the archaeological evidence connected with these religions-  using readings, powerpoint presentations and discussions.
